Introduction to the Inventory Tab

The Inventory tab in the Drug folder stores the monitored pack sizes for each drug. It provides the ability to add and delete pack sizes, adjust inventory levels for a product, and maintain multiple suppliers for specific pack sizes.

The Inventory tab is broken into two sections: Packs Available and Pack Detail.

1. Press the button. The "Drug Search" window appears.
2. Search for and select the drug.
3. Press the Inventory tab.

In the picture below, press on a field to view a description.

The following fields also exist in the Inventory tab, but are not shown in the image above.

• The additional columns in Packs Available are Default, Monitor, MTD, YTD, PMD, PYD, POS Size, Min Disp Quantity and Inv #.
• The additional columns for the Suppliers in Pack Detail are Block $ Updates and Pack Size.
